Event Briefing: 0800 Saturday 12 September - At least 1 representative of each team is expected to be present for the Competition Briefing, where any rules can be clarified between the Competitors, Meet Director and Chief Judge.

Freestyle A
Advanced freestyle competition featuring highly technical solo aerial routines with dynamic movement, flexibility, and precision.
Freestyle B
An intermediate freestyle category designed for developing athletes building confidence in solo freefall performance and choreography.
Freeflying A
Advanced freeflying discipline involving high-speed vertical flying, complex transitions, and synchronized team movement.
Freeflying B
A progression category for freeflyers developing head-up, head-down, and dynamic flying skills in a competitive environment.
